Over Twenty Companies Will Make Announcements Next Week at ICMI Contact Center Connections


COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., Oct. 21, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The International Customer Management Institute (ICMI), the authority on contact center excellence, further demonstrates its reach into the contact center community by revealing announcements from more than 20 leading vendors exhibiting at ICMI Contact Center Connections. Edify Labs (booth 616) announced it has closed a $10 million round of seed funding. This is among the four largest software seed rounds raised in the United States, and among the 10 largest in the world this year.

Fonolo (booth 715) has expanded its Programmable Call-Backs offering, giving customers the ability to seamlessly integrate call-backs into any web, mobile, or native desktop application. For example, call centers can use the offering to create completely customized call-back applications, or integrate call-back data into their existing reporting systems and dashboards.
