MKS Instruments Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend


ANDOVER, Mass., Oct. 29, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- MKS Instruments, Inc. (NASDAQ: MKSI), a global provider of technologies that enable advanced processes and improve productivity, announced that its board of directors has authorized a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share, payable on December 6, 2019 to shareholders of record as of November 25, 2019. 

Future dividend declarations, as well as the record and payment dates for such dividends, are subject to the final determination of the company's Board of Directors.
