MAXIMA GRUPĖ, UAB being the sole shareholder of FRANMAX, UAB adopted a resolution to change the CEO of FRANMAX, UAB. As of 1 November 2019 the CEO of MAXIMA GRUPĖ, UAB Jolanta Bivainytė becomes the CEO of FRANMAX, UAB and will hold the position of the CEO of both companies. She replaces Povilas Šulys who becomes the Board member of UAB Vilniaus prekyba as of 6 November 2019.
