After receiving the notification regarding resignation submitted by the supervisory board member of MAXIMA GRUPĖ, UAB (the Company) Raimonda Kižienė, the sole shareholder of the Company resolved to recall her from the position of the member of the supervisory board of the Company and to appoint Mantas Kuncaitis as the new member of the supervisory board of the Company until the end of term of office of the current supervisory board of the Company.
Currently the members of the supervisory board of the Company are Ignas Staškevičius, Evelina Černienė and Mantas Kuncaitis.
