Stifel Announces Pricing of $400 Million of Senior Notes


ST. LOUIS, May 13, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Stifel Financial Corp. (NYSE: SF) today announced the pricing of $400 million principal amount of 4.000% Senior Notes due 2030 (the “Notes”).  The Notes will bear interest at a rate of 4.000% per annum and will mature on May 15, 2030.  The net proceeds from this offering will be used for general corporate purposes.  The offering is expected to close on May 20, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.

The Notes will be issued pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Form S-3 and available for review on the Securities and Exchange Commission’s website at www.sec.gov
