Dr. Michael Everest created this foundation after the death of his dad to continue the excellent work he had started. His father was dedicated to empowering young aspiring youths in the medical field by offering them scholarships and also giving institutions grants to finance their research and projects. This is the excellent work that Dr. Michael Everest has also continued to do in his community through his collaboration with his wife Agata Everest; they have been able to reach more institutions locally and even internationally. His main objective is to be able to participate in the development of medical institutions globally to empower more youth who decide to take up a medical course.

Together with his partner, Dr. Michael Everest has been able to reach as many institutions as he can. His most recent deeds are the donation of one million dollars in grants to Keck School of medical studies and research at USC. This money is to go into financing the institution in doing more research and also be able to offer scholarships to students within the institution. His devout is in helping the coming generation. He believes that the world will change and that everything will pass, but one thing that will leave forever is the ability to impact positive change in the life of a fellow human being.
