(the “NEO Exchange”) commencing at the opening of trading on October 14, 2020. The Common Shares are expected to be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV”) at close of business on October 13, 2020 and will begin trading on the NEO Exchange under the symbol “MCCN” at the opening bell on October 14, 2020.
