On November 3, 2020, Telenav announced that it had signed an agreement to be acquired by V99 for approximately $241 million. Pursuant to the merger agreement, Telenav stockholders will receive $4.80 in cash for each share of Telenav common stock owned. The deal is scheduled to close in the first quarter of 2021.
