Aurora, IL, Nov. 15, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CMC Materials, Inc. (Nasdaq: CCMP), a leading global supplier of consumable materials primarily to semiconductor manufacturers, announced today that Scott D. Beamer has resigned as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company as of today. Jeanette A. Press, the company’s current Principal Accounting Officer and Controller, has been appointed by the company’s Board of Directors to serve as Interim Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately, while the company undertakes a search for a permanent successor. Mr. Beamer’s departure is not related to any disagreement with the company over its accounting principles or practices, or financial statement disclosures.
