Brera Holdings PLC Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

IPO Shares to Commence Trading Today on Nasdaq Under Ticker Symbol “BREA”


NEW YORK, DUBLIN and MILAN, Jan. 27, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Brera Holdings PLC (“Brera Holdings” or the “Company”) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 1,500,000 Class B Ordinary Shares at a price to the public of $5.00 per share for a total of $7,500,000 of gross proceeds to the Company (the “Offering”), before deducting underwriting discounts, commissions and other Offering expenses. In addition, Brera Holdings has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 225,000 Class B Ordinary Shares at the public offering price of $5.00 per share, less the underwriting discounts and commissions, to cover over-allotments, if any. 

The shares are expected to begin trading on The Nasdaq Capital Market today under the ticker symbol “BREA.” The Offering is expected to close on January 31, 2023, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

Revere Securities, LLC is acting as the underwriter for the Offering.
