Steel Reef Announces Special Dividend


CALGARY, ALBERTA, Aug. 23, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Steel Reef Infrastructure Corp. (“Steel Reef”) is pleased to announce the declaration of a special dividend of $0.11 per common share, payable on September 15, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 4, 2023. The dividend is considered to be an “eligible dividend” for Canadian tax purposes.
