Aura Minerals Announces DTC Eligibility in the United States


ROAD TOWN, British Virgin Islands, Sept. 07, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Aura Minerals Inc. (TSX: ORA) (B3: AURA33) (OTCQX: ORAAF) (“Aura” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that its common shares are now eligible for electronic clearing and settlement in the United States through the Depository Trust Company ("DTC"). The Company's shares trade on the OTCQX® Best Market under the symbol "ORAAF”.

The DTC is a subsidiary of the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation, a U.S. company that manages the electronic clearing and settlement of publicly traded companies. DTC eligibility is expected to simplify the process of trading and enhance the liquidity of the Company's Shares in the United States.
