VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Oct. 26, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Stallion Discoveries Corp. (the “Company” or “Stallion”) (TSX-V: STUD; OTCQB: STLNF; FSE: HM40) is pleased to announce that, further to its news release dated October 12, 2023, the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSXV”) has approved the Company’s name change from Stallion Discoveries Corp. to Stallion Uranium Corp. The Company’s symbol on the TSXV shall remain the same (STUD). The effective date in which the Company will begin trading under the new name and CUSIP number is Monday, October 30, 2023.
The Company’s new CUSIP number is 852919109 and the transfer agent of the Company continues to be Endeavor Trust Corporation. There is no change in the capitalization of the Company in connection with the change of name and no action will be required by existing shareholders with respect to the name change. Shareholders holding share certificates of the Company can request a replacement certificate, however new certificates are not required and will not be automatically issued.
