DALLAS, Sept. 9, 1999 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Board of Directors of Transcontinental Realty Investors, Inc. (NYSE:TCI) Thursday announced the payment of the third quarter dividend of 15 cents per share. The dividend will be payable Oct. 5, 1999, to stockholders of record on Sept. 20, 1999.
The 15 cents per share dividend represents the 16th consecutive quarterly payment for TCI.
Transcontinental Realty Investors, Inc., a Dallas-based real estate investment trust, invests in real estate through direct equity ownership and partnerships nationwide. The company also invests in mortgage loans, including first, wraparound and junior mortgages.
