Hydrogiene Announces 5 Million Dollar SB-2 Filing And Successful Completion Of 500,000 Life Cycle Testing By Independent Test Facility


SAN DIEGO, Calif., Jan. 3, 2000 (PRIMEZONE) -- Charles Kallmann, President announced today that Hydrogiene (OTCBB:HICS) intends to file with the SEC its SB-2 application by the end of January intending to raise five million dollars to be used to complete and market its new anti-bacterial protection formulation designed to kill for up to five years thirteen different types of bacteria including Staf and E-Coli when applied to Hydrogiene products.

The Company intends to offer this patentable formulation on a license arrangement to manufacturers of china, glass, cooking utensils, as well as application to table surfaces. Hydrogiene believes these license arrangements offer national and international potential with major cash flow generation implications.

SB-2 funds will also be used for advertising and promoting co-op activities in concert with its major retail outlets. The five million dollars in question, is at this time committed to by a local Irvine, California investor group. Kallmann also announced that life cycle testing of its Theraclenze and Mediclenze Systems recently concluded having passed a 500,000 life cycle testing without failure. U.L. and IAPMO certification is expected shortly.
