Yahoo! reported that the number of unique visitors to its Web properties reached 120 million world-wide in December, up from 105 million in September and 60 million in December 1998. In addition, the company continues to successfully expand its market share.

eBay (Nasdaq:EBAY). We are continuing coverage with a BUY rating. With more than 10 million registered users as of December 1999, eBay's customer base is large and growing. eBay has consistently maintained its position as the leading major Web property in terms of minutes per user and page views per user.
