Fintage House Makes InternetStudios.com e-Safe

LOS ANGELES, August 24, 2000 (PRIMEZONE) -- InternetStudios.com (OTCBB:ISTS), the global filmed entertainment company that operates online, is pleased to announce that it has entered into an exclusive joint venture with Fintage House, the boutique Entertainment Company for the film/TV, music, sports and talent, to use Fintage's new online system e-safe. E-safe will handle all financial transactions as a result of the sales and acquisition of the Film/TV rights generated from activity on InternetStudios' site, OnlineFilmSales.

InternetStudios provides the filmed entertainment industry with the most advanced and comprehensive sales, marketing, trading and information resource online. It operates three specific websites for licensing film and television distribution rights and trading and distribution of entertainment industry data, via the web.

Fintage House is the market leader in financial services to the entertainment and talent industry. The service, which Fintage e-safe will provide, is specifically targeted at the growing area of film sales conducted over the Internet, and the customised payment and disbursement methods to provide the comfort for both buyers and sellers, who, in time may complete transactions without the regular face-to-face meetings of traditional sales of film and TV rights.

Fintage House President, Mr. Robbert Aarts, explains: "In speaking with our numerous sales agent and producer clients, we concluded that it was in our interest that we expand our traditional Collection Account Management activity to cover the area of Internet sales. Why? Because our clients (many of whom we have worked with for years) would benefit from using InternetStudios, the clear leader in this field, to represent their films via the web. They will also want to ensure that monies which are paid by buyers as a result of such transaction are firstly delivered to a reputable third party such as Fintage and secondly that the revenues are released as soon as delivery of the film materials are effected.

"We see sales of film rights over the internet as great potential growth area, and our expertise over the years, combined with our extensive contacts and most importantly our pedigree in sound independent financial services means that all parties involved with internet sales - the sales companies, the producers, the buyers, the film financiers, have comfort in knowing that Fintage is overseeing this very new development of the industry and we are excited with this collaboration with InternetStudios."

Rob MacLean, CEO of Internetstudios.com, commented: "The mechanism we set up with Fintage House will ensure that the buyers of rights know that they can pay safely for their rights. We see this strategic relationship as another partnership that will help ensure InternetStudios offers the best security, as well as all our other features, for buyers and sellers online, and that this mechanism will facilitate the growth of business of buying and selling of films via the internet.

"This initiative is the first of several services that InternetStudios plans on developing and creating with Fintage House. We look forward to a long and successful relationship."
