Jaakko Pöyry Group Oyj has been informed on November 7, 2000 that as at November 1, 2000, funds managed by Egerton Capital Limited Partnership have exceeded 5 per cent of the paid up share capital and votes of Jaakko Pöyry Group Oyj.
