During August, Amer Group Plc has purchased a total of 87,400 of its own shares, the average price being EUR 25.91 per share.
At the end of August, the number of own shares held by the Company was 747,400.
The authority to purchase its own shares was approved by the Annual General Meeting on 7 March 2001, and was limited to a maximum of 5% of the Company's registered share capital.
