Orkla's total shareholding of own shares after this transaction is 8,183,029 shares including 80% of the shareholding of Oktav Invest. When Oktav Invest is formally demerged (cf. notification dated 21.09.2001, Orkla's total holding of own shares will be 8.586.852 shares.
