Advertech, Ltd. Names New VP Sales and Marketing


ATLANTA, Jan. 25, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Call center and customer service industry software development company Advertech, Ltd. names Joseph Matassino as its new VP of Sales and Marketing.

Matassino, a veteran of the software industry, comes to Advertech with over 14 years of high-tech experience. Having founded and sold his own successful systems integration business, Matassino has also held sales, marketing and technical lead positions within various software technology firms in Atlanta.

Most recently, Matassino was working with Simtrex, a company partially owned by Advertech to assist in the development of its sales force for its flag-ship product StarTrainer, which was originally conceived and developed by Advertech.

"Joe brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the areas of sales, marketing and channel management to Advertech's strong technology offerings," said Richard Horwitz, Founder and CTO of Advertech.
