Kenth-Ake Jonsson to Become New President of Saab Business Area


STOCKHOLM, Sweden, March 05, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- As previously agreed upon, Jan Eiborn will leave his post as President of the Saab Group's business area Technical Support and Services this spring. He will then join Saab's Group Management Team, where he will handle strategic matters.

Kenth-Ake Jonsson will take over as President of the business area.

Kenth-Ake was born in 1951 and his previous career includes posts as President of the then Telub AB, Vice President of the then Enator, and Vice President of TietoEnator. Kenth-Ake is joining us from 3i, an English investment company where he is currently Managing Director for Swedish operations.

The exact dates at which Jan Eiborn and Kenth-Ake Jonsson will take on their new posts will be announced later.
