For the three months ended June 30, 2002, the Company reported a net loss of $(8,386,000), or $(1.55) per share, as compared to a net loss of $(6,096,000), or $(1.05) per share, for the three months ended June 30, 2001. For the three months ended June 30, 2002, net loss before taxes and distributions on Preferred Securities was $(6,354,000), or $(1.18) per share, as compared to a net loss of $(1,724,000), or $(0.30) per share, for the three months ended June 30, 2001.
