Award-Winning Independent Film Receives Nightly Standing Ovations from Sell-Out Crowds

Unprecedented Sprite-Sponsored National Distribution Enables Students to `Get On the Bus'

ATLANTA, April 17, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Award-winning independent film "The Journey" has been receiving nightly standing ovations and praise from sold-out crowds at major universities around the country. The 30-city, 41-stop college tour is presented by Sprite and also highlighted by Atom Films on www.atomfilms.com.

"This film has a huge impact on young people who are just starting out by providing stories of wisdom, humor and inspiration told in such a way that people will be inspired to do something meaningful with their work and lives," said filmmaker Eric Saperston. "Executives from Sprite believed so much in this film and felt so strongly that it needed to be seen, they have made it possible for college students on more than 40 campuses to have a chance to see it through this tour."

"The Journey," which follows the adventures of four young people who pile into a VW bus and travel from Atlanta, Ga. to Seattle, Wash., to search for life's wisdom and meaning, also is sponsored by AtomFilms(tm).
