(name change to Sciax Corporation pending) (OTCBB:UGMI), a leader in advanced technology imaging systems, is pleased to announce the strategic sale of a TRVS system to an agency of the U.S. Government engaged in maritime operations.

The Tactical Remote Viewing System (TRVS) is a highly modularized opto-electronic system used by law enforcement and military personnel. The reconfigurable, multi-operational design of TRVS makes the system ideal for many applications in physical security, drug and contraband interdiction, tactical response and protective security. TRVS electronics and optical components are built to high standards of durability, allowing successful deployment in harsh conditions including waterborne operations in the maritime environment.
Manufactured by Sciax, TRVS is used globally by customs, law enforcement agencies and military units including the Los Angeles Police Department SWAT Team, Canada Customs, the German Government, and the US Military. The TRVS-2 Under Door Viewer module, launched in late July, has been extremely well received by select US federal agencies. The TRVS-3 TecCam module launched in early August continues system expansion by introducing advanced confined space search capabilities in conjunction with a wide range of Wolf borescopes sold by Sciax.
