(Pink Sheets:CRHI) announced a major partnering agreement and strategic alliance with Analog Digital International, Inc., New York City, New York. Under the terms of the agreement for an undisclosed value of stock and other real considerations, the companies have agreed to share resources and team on large professional video system projects. The company anticipates this relationship will provide a competitive advantage that will lead to the award of millions of dollars of additional contracts.

Communications Research, Inc. is renowned for providing superior system consulting, design and integration to industrial, educational and professional end users. The resources of our engineering and integration departments will enable ADI to expand their service offerings to include full turnkey solutions for their clients.

Analog Digital International, Inc. (ADI) is a major distributor of Professional and Broadcast Video Equipment, representing leading brands such as SONY, JVC, PANASONIC, and HITACHI and has been in operations for over 17 years. Through the agreement, Communications Research, Inc. (CRI) shall have access to these lines of professional video equipment and will provide engineering, CAD service, integration and technical support to ADI.
