MAHWAH, N.J., Oct. 6, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Communications Research, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CRHI) is moving forward with the necessary measures to have the Company traded on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board market (OTCBB). Communications Research currently qualifies for the OTCBB as a publicly reporting and filing company with the Securities and Exchange Commission, having reached the public markets via an SB-2 Registration of the Company's stock. The Company has identified a market maker interested in submitting a 15c211 application on behalf of the Company and will be actively pursuing a listing.

"Management strongly believes that a listing on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board market will attract additional investors and market makers to the Company's stock," remarked Company President Carl Ceragno, "which will be more beneficial overall to the Company's valuation and future business prospects. We have a lot of promising opportunities and developments in the pipeline and the Company has a desire to keep listing itself on more highly recognized exchanges as, and when, the Company meets the criteria for being listed on such exchanges, with a hopeful listing on the Nasdaq or Amex as the ongoing developments of the Company warrants."
