Summit Environmental Corporation and Just in Case of Fire's Products Featured on the Prairie Farm Report

CALGARY, Alberta Canada, Dec. 03, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Summit Environmental Corporation (OTCBB:SEVT): Just-in Case Fire of Calgary, Alberta, manufacturers of a unique mobile fire fighting system called the Fire Caddy(tm), featuring FlameOut(r), was the subject of the Prairie Farm Report on Sunday evening, November 30, 2003, that was broadcast over 17 television stations, and dish network providers in Alberta, Manitoba, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Montana.

The Prairie Farm Report focuses on products featuring benefits for rural farming communities in Alberta. In the report, fire is described as a major concern, which can totally eliminate a farmer's crops or rancher's herds due to the length of response time to rural locations. Some farming and ranching areas are not accessible for fire fighting response.

On Sunday night's program, The Fire Caddy(tm) was featured showing its mobility and quick action capability. The Fire Caddy(tm) extinguishes the fire when FlameOut(r) is used much faster than water. This is of special interest to farmers and ranchers in the saving of their crops and herds due to the non-toxicity of FlameOut(r).

FlameOut(r) has been certified non-toxic by all five recognized toxicity tests: aquatic, mammalian, dermal, acute oral and eyewash.

The Fire Caddy(tm) which is manufactured exclusively with FlameOut(r), is mobile and only needs a water source such as a pond or swimming pool. For areas where water is not accessible, the Fire Caddy(tm) is mounted on a trailer with a water tank (125 -- 200 gallons). This set-up can be moved around by truck, tractor, or four wheeler and can very quickly get to the remote rural areas where a fire might be located.

Some insurance companies are now giving discounts of up to 15% where the Fire Caddy(tm) with FlameOut(r) is available on the insured property. To ensure the quick responses and continued use of FlameOut(r), the insurance companies waive the deductible where FlameOut(r) has been used extinguishing a fire.

Just-In Case Fire is the exclusive distributor of Summit Environmental Corporation, Inc.'s fire fighting products in Canada. FlameOut(r), recently approved by the United States Forestry Service, is the subject of several contract bids submitted to various forestry fire fighting services in Western Canada. US Forestry Service standard 5100-307 is recognized by the Canadian Forestry Service.

Summit and Just-In Case Fire are working on a major promotion in Canada scheduled for January featuring Summit's aerosol can fire extinguisher, FirePower(tm), and Just-In Case Fire's newly introduced Hose Caddy(tm).
