VIENNA, Virginia, Dec. 10, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- MSSI-TeleScience International Inc., (OTCBB:MSSI), a provider of medical personnel, homeland security and technology services to federal, state and local government agencies, announced today that its Medical Staffing Division has won an additional $400,000 revenue opportunity on top of its current contract with the State of California, Department of Corrections, bringing the total award to $2.9 million. The expanded contract calls for the Company to provide additional Registered Nurses and Licensed Vocational Nurses to work at the California Men's Colony, a medium-security corrections facility located at San Luis Obispo.

The Medical Staffing Division's largest singular customer in the Department of Corrections system is California Men's Colony. It is one of the four prisons in the California Department of Corrections system with a complete hospital suite. MSSI-TeleScience contract nurses perform duties in the surgery units as well as in clinics throughout the facility.
