Xtreme Companies, Inc. Announces Acquisition of Rockwell Power Systems, Inc.


STANTON, Calif., Jan. 15, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Xtreme Companies, Inc. (OTCBB:XTRI) announced today that it has completed an acquisition for 100% of the outstanding shares of Rockwell Power Systems, Inc., a manufacturer of specialty boats for fire and rescue. As a result of the transaction, Rockwell will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xtreme.
