VitaCube Systems Holdings, Inc. Appoints New Member to its Board of Directors


DENVER, Feb. 19, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- VitaCube Systems Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:VCBE) announced today that it has appointed John B. (Jeb) McCandless to its Board of Directors effective immediately.

Jeb McCandless is well-known and respected in the network marketing industry. From 1995 to October 2003, he worked at USANA Health Sciences where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. USANA is a publicly held (NASDAQ - USNA) nutritional supplement company which sells its products through network marketing. It is headquartered in Salt Lake City. During his 7-year tenure, Mr. McCandless helped the company sales grow from $24 million to $123 million.

He received M.A. and M.B.A. degrees from The Claremont Graduate School, Claremont, CA, and an M.S. from the College of Medicine at the University of Utah, Salt Lake City and a B.A. in Zoology from The University of California, Santa Barbara.
