(OTCBB:PWRM), an innovative medical products company, announced today their remaining scheduled quarterly Board of Directors meeting dates for 2004: June 2nd, September 1st, and December 1st to be held at the law offices of Franklin, Cardwell & Jones, PC located at 1001 McKinney 18th Floor, Houston, Texas.

In addition Power3 also announced they are interviewing qualified potential board members to assist in the growth and governance of their Medical Holdings Company. They plan to have five new board members, including two independent directors and one additional financial expert in place by the end of 2004.
