Apex Resources Group Inc. Land Division Announces Negotiations for Additional Property Holdings


SALT LAKE CITY, June 15, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Apex Resources Group Inc. (OTCBB:APXR) Land Division announces negotiations for additional Land Holdings.

In a strategy to increase its Real Estate land holdings, and as the market for recreational property soars, Apex is currently in negotiations with three additional properties in North America.

1. The Company is negotiating recreational acreage in the sate of Utah.

2. Negotiations are in progress for a residential house in Las Vegas, Nevada as an income property.

3. Apex is negotiating recreational lake view lots on Vancouver Island, British Columbia.

As the market for recreational properties becomes more popular fueled by Baby Boomer demand, Apex is adding to its land division holdings while interest rates are still at reasonable levels.

When negotiations are completed and purchase agreements are signed, the details will be announced.

Apex Land Division properties currently include:

- 40 acres of land at Woodland Valley Ranch in Apache County, Arizona.

- 75 acres of land at Elk Valley Ranch in Apache County, Arizona.

- 2 large acreage ocean front lots with houses on both properties at the Abbecombec Ocean Village Resort on the shores of Clam Bay, 40 miles east of Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.

Apex Resources Group Inc. will continue looking at value-added properties for the Land Division.
