LOS ANGELES, June 30, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Digital Learning Management Corporation (Digital) (OTCBB:DGTL) today announced that it has committed to the acquisition of TechConsults.net (http://www.techconsults.net), an IT training school located in Orange County, California. The acquisition complements Digital's existing portfolio of schools, which now number four educational institutions under its management, including McKinley University, which was acquired in 2003.
TechConsults.net was founded in January 2000 as an alternative educational institution for individuals and corporations who need quality training in Internet technologies, specifically in Oracle, Java, Linux/Unix and eCommerce. Recently TechConsults.net has added courses in Wireless training to its catalog.
Zeb Bhatti, President of Digital commented, "TechConsults.net brings us complimentary curriculum and additional experienced management, specifically to augment our On-Line training initiatives."
