Eagle Announces Second Quarter Sales Up Over First Quarter

TYLER, Texas, July 6, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Eagle Worldwide Marketing, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EGWM) announced today that its second quarter sales were up 39% over the first quarter, and first quarter sales were 259% above all of 2003.

"Our retail sales are continuing to grow stronger and more widespread. We are gaining depth by continuing to acquire more grocery and pharmacy retail locations. We have brought on board a new Distributor out of St. Louis. This group will concentrate on sales of products in the Midwest, and have contacts in other areas of the country. We are expanding our sales territory every day through the efforts of our Broker, D.R. Johnson and our team of Distributors. We continue to be excited about the positive results of the two independent staph bacteria tests conducted in Texas and Tennessee," stated Eagle CEO Dennis Holland.

Dr. Stephen Goodwin has been working diligently in Tennessee with grocery chains and local pharmacies. He is making great strides in the medical community. Dr. Goodwin has contacted Walter Reed Army Institute of Research to determine if 911 Relief can be used in any ongoing program they are working on. Dr. Goodwin's continuing efforts on Eagle's behalf has made him an invaluable asset to the company. The Board of Directors has voted to name Dr. Goodwin the Medical Director for Eagle Worldwide Marketing. He will work as a Medical Consultant for Eagle.

"I am pleased to be associated with Eagle Worldwide Marketing and 911 Relief. I am excited about the study regarding bacterial testing at the hospital in Jackson, TN. We have 911 Relief in stock in several pharmacies, grocery stores, and outdoor stores in Tennessee. We continue to have excellent results with patients and colleagues when using 911 Relief. I have been in contact with several Congressmen and a Senator on behalf of 911 Relief and its use with the military. I am going to be interviewed next week by a local television station concerning the success of 911 Relief," stated Dr. Goodwin.

Eagle had a booth at the Houston Business Roundtable On Safety in June. "We made several new and influential Industry contacts at the conference. The best thing about the conference was being interviewed by the local FOX affiliate and resulting news story about Eagle and 911 Relief. We continue to be very optimistic about the future," stated CEO Holland.
