The add-on enables complete control of messages forwarding within the current organization PBX and email. For instance, voice messages left on a single user's extension is forwarded immediately to email address designated by the user as an attachment. Same goes to direct fax messages. User can easily configure and change the service settings from a simple intranet interface.
The differentiation of this product is that it is an integrated part of the PBX -- the office VoIP switchboard -- and not a stand-alone product.
