MSE EcoEngine Formalizing Advisory Board

TORONTO, Jan. 20, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- MSE EcoEngine Inc. (Pink Sheets:MSEE) is pleased to announce that the company will begin immediately to formalize its Advisory Board.

"Over the last decade we have been very fortunate to have received such strong support for the MSE EcoEngine from so many well qualified people and we will continue to need such active support in the future," commented J. Gregory Gooch, President of MSE EcoEngine. "Those involved have provided great insight and brought considerable experience to the successful development of the EcoEngine."

During the last several years of investigative work, the inventors, Mr. Gooch and Dr. Marvin Shapiro, have consulted several dozen professionals and academics in the ongoing effort to develop, perfect and confirm the MSE Ecology Engine at a theoretical level. Additionally, several manufacturing and equipment specialists have been consulted to determine materials selection and production costing. Finally several large possible end users were met with to determine the applicability of the MSE Engine for their particular needs.

At this time the company has decided to formalize this group of advisors into a Technical and Commercialization Advisory Board. Of the foregoing the key 5 to 7 professionals will be asked to join the Advisory Board and will be awarded stock options as compensation. The company anticipates having the board in place within the next 3 months.

About the EcoEngine

MSE EcoEngine Inc. is a research company with a device, the 'EcoEngine,' under development capable of generating power using the free heat in ambient air as its sole source of fuel and producing, as by-products, clean water and cool air. This technology has evolved from 13 years of thermodynamic modeling by the inventors. Recent advances in the computer model of the engine now indicate that a prototype should be built to prove the theoretical calculations and to determine ongoing cost of production of the EcoEngine. A U.S. patent application has been submitted for the underlying principles to this technology.
