NEW YORK, March 22, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- ICT Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:ICTT) subsidiary Europhone announces distribution agreement with Giga-Byte Communications, Inc. Europhone will distribute to European countries handsets products manufactured by Giga-Byte Communications, Inc.

Giga-Byte Communications Inc. (GBC) was founded in May 2004 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Giga-Byte Technology Co. Ltd., a world-renowned leader in the motherboard industry.

GBC has announced its debut into the handset market at the 2005 CeBIT Show in Hanover, Germany with two models likely to launch this year. The first model is a Tri-band Microsoft-based PDA phone targeting the businessperson. This model is probably the smallest PDA phone available on the market with its amazing compact size. Other key features include: TV, 2.1M camera, handwriting recognition, WLAN, Bluetooth, MP3 and extended memory with mini SD card. The second model is a powerful feature phone targeting at the younger generation. Key features include: 1.3M camera, MP3, JAVA and 3-axis games, special security & privacy application, and extended memory with mini SD card.

GBC plans to market its handsets products under the Gigabyte brand in Taiwan and other selective overseas markets. Greece is said to be one of the chosen overseas markets where GBC handsets product will launch.
