Chino Commercial Bank Recognized by California Bankers Association


NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., April 7, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Chino Commercial Bank (OTCBB:CKNA) was recognized by the California Bankers Association and Carpenter and Company during their annual Strategic Summit, for having achieved the highest stock appreciation of any bank in California, over a three-year period, for the asset class $50 million to $100 million. The award, "Market Cap Champion," was given to the Bank in recognition for having achieved an increase in stock price of 193% since the Bank's opening. This is the second consecutive year the Bank has received the award.

Chino Commercial Bank was opened September 1, 2000, after having completed its initial public offering of common stock at (a split adjusted) $6.66 per share. The Bank's stock closed on Tuesday (4/5/05) at $19.25. The Bank trades under the ticker symbol "CKNA."
