Vestin Group Names Rocio Revollo Corporate Controller


LAS VEGAS, Aug. 22, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Vestin Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:VSTN) today announced the appointment of Rocio Revollo, CPA to the position of Corporate Controller.

Ms. Revollo's responsibilities comprise overall management of Vestin's accounting department, Federal and State regulatory reporting for Vestin Funds I, II and III and internal reporting.

Prior to joining Vestin, Ms. Revollo was the corporate controller for Sobel Westex and Chief Financial Officer of Sobel Linen Company where she was responsible for the management and the development of the accounting department. Earlier, she was Assistant Controller, State of Florida Operations for Humana, Inc. - Physician Corporation of America and, prior to that, Ms. Revollo was with KMPG Peat Marwick for five years in the Audit Department.
