Linkwell Corporation Receives Product Clearance From the Ministry of Health Care of China

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Sept. 28, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Linkwell Corporation (OTCBB:LWLL), a leading manufacturer and distributor of healthcare disinfectant products in China announced that it received clearance from the Ministry of Health Care of China to sell a revised version of the widely used 84' disinfectant throughout mainland China.

Generic 84' disinfectant is a chlorine-based disinfectant that is used extensively in China since it was first introduced in 1984. The new and improved version of this disinfectant will be marketed under the name Likang 84'. Likang 84' has a significantly longer shelf life than its predecessor from three months to two years. Management believes the extended shelf life will give their brand a competitive advantage at retail in this estimated $100 million USD market in China.

As a result of an extensive R&D process, the new Likang 84' has a shelf life of over 2 years. Previous versions of the generic 84' disinfectant had a shelf life of only three months. Likang 84 disinfectant is the first of the 84' disinfectant with an extended shelf life approved by Ministry of Health Care of China. In addition, Likang's new 84' disinfectant substantially reduces irritation and corrosion that other 84' disinfectants may cause.

"We are very excited with the economic potential of the new and improved Likang 84'," said CEO Xuelian Bian. "With the recent public epidemics of SARS and bird flu virus, there is clearly a need for improved disinfectant products, and we believe we have the best product and most competitive pricing in the Chinese market. We plan to aggressively market this new product through major supermarket chains in China. A small percentage of market penetration can generate millions for Linkwell. We believe this new product will be one of our major revenues and earnings generators for years to come," Bian added.
