KT Selects CinTel Corp.'s iCache7020 as a Key Component in its WiBro Platform Service

LOUISVILLE, Ky., Oct. 3, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- CinTel Corp. (CinTel) (OTCBB:CNCN), a leader in Internet traffic management, announced that its iCache7020 is being supplied to KT (Korea Telecom) as part of its WiBro platform service. WiBro enables continuous, uninterrupted broadband Internet and wireless local area network (LAN) access usable during high-speed travel and represents the fourth generation mobile technology developed for the first time in the world. As in the past, just as Korea was the first country to commercialize and lead CDMA service, the core technology developed for KT's WiBro service represent a new opportunity to lead the world in the next generation Internet service. Among the three service providers KT, SKT and Hanaro Telecom, KT is the first to build up the network and anticipates three million subscribers to the WiBro service by 2010. Before KT launches the commercial roll-out of the WiBro in the first half of 2006, KT will provide WiBro service to 15,000 world leaders, reporters and other participants of the APEC meeting in Busan, Korea in November. The APEC forum will provide an opportunity for CinTel to showcase its iCache system's excellent performance. The purpose of the iCache solution will be to stabilize and efficiently provide service for Korea Telecom WiBro service through Hitel's paran.com (one of the largest portal sites in Korea) and other related services provided through the platform such as CB, IA, search, news, comics and community.

Mr. Kyung Seop Lee, Sales Manager of CinTel Corp. said, "CinTel provided the iCache series for three years for KT's international Kornet. We feel the proven stable performance of our product contributed to KT's decision to include CinTel as a vendor to this important and growing new business of KT's."

Mr. Sang-Don Kim, the CEO of CinTel says, "CinTel is once again proving iCache's excellent performance in the world market. Supplying to KT lays the groundwork for CinTel to iCache to other WiBro service providers. As world-leading wireless telecom companies such as KT and SKT attract more subscribers to this very convenient form of wireless Internet, wireless telecom companies around the world will benchmark WiBro service and include it as part of their service. CinTel may capture some of this technology business in the near future."
