FP Group, Ltd. Announces New Line of Business Which Could Generate in Excess of $1,000,000 of Additional Revenue Annually


HONG KONG, Jan. 9, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- FP Group, Ltd. (Pink Sheets:FPGR) ("FPG" or the "Company") announced today that it has set up a division of the Company dedicated to a trading business. A trading business is one that sources items for its clients. In the past, the Company has sourced merchandise that related to printing and packaging. The new division will source items which are used for promotional purposes and hard-to-find items. The trading division of FPG will bring new clients to the Company. Once an item is sourced through the trading division, the Company will service the packaging and printing needs of those products and customers.

FPG continues to take advantage of the explosive economic growth in the Peoples Republic of China. FPG Chairman and CEO Leo Wong stated, "Our new division should increase our business by 30% to 40% in 2006. It will not only bring in new customers but will increase sales to existing ones. In the past, part of our business has come to us from outside trading companies. It was only logical that we enter that business segment." Mr. Wong added, "We are continuing on our growth path and will continue to build a full service logistics, printing and packaging company. We are uniquely positioned to accommodate new business from companies who want to conduct business in China."
