(Pink Sheets:FNLH) announced today that it had entered into distribution and licensing agreements for cell phone content with three major mobile phone companies on three continents -- Europe, U.S., and Australia. Mobile Data Group, which serves Australia and most of the Pacific Rim and Africa, alone, has more than 200 million subscribers. Under the agreement, Fineline will supply over 200 original cartoon characters for distribution as downloadable content, including screen savers, wallpaper, animation, and games.

Fineline inked two earlier contracts with major mobile phone providers within the past few weeks. Under all the agreements Fineline receives payment for each cartoon download.
