The change of the new business name to Pöyry Oyj, in English Pöyry Plc, which was decided by Jaakko Pöyry Group Oyj's Extraordinary General Meeting on March 28, 2006, has been registered in the Trade Register on April 3, 2006.
In connection with the change of the company's business name the company and trading codes on the Helsinki Stock Exchange will change. The new company code is POY and the trading code POY1V.
The new business name and company and trading codes will be valid in the Helsinki Stock Exchange's SAXESS system as of April 4, 2006.
