LAS VEGAS, April 4, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Vestin Mortgage, Inc. today announced that the conversion of Vestin Fund II into Vestin Realty Mortgage II, a real estate investment trust that will be traded on the Nasdaq National Market System under the symbol VTRB, has been completed.
The company said it expects trading to commence later this month.
