"We are very excited to be among some of the biggest gaming industry companies that will be present in Montreal," stated Chimera Technology President Ken Chua. "As we have seen in our earlier presentations in Asia, these conferences allow our sales team access to a wide range of potential customers," added Mr. Chua.

CORPORATE UPDATE ON CHIMERA ISSUES

As previously released on Dec. 15, 2005, the company intends to trade on the OTCBB. As a result, the management continues to work diligently on this effort on the process of completing its 10SB Statement. Due to the overwhelming amount of information needed to prepare the statement, the company is experiencing time greater than what it originally anticipated to complete the document, and will update the shareholders when more news becomes available.

Concurrent to completing the Form 10SB, Chimera is also exploring the possibility of co-listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange as well as the AIM Market in United Kingdom, which is the secondary market to the main market of the U.K. Stock Exchange. A listing on the AIM will allow Chimera to join other gaming industry members such as Party Poker, 888.Com, Playtech, Cryptologic, Empire Online, World Gaming and other well known gaming companies that are already listed on the AIM.

Mr. Chua commented, "It is our mandate to look at various markets worldwide, by exploring the opportunity to list on these markets we will be on the same level as other companies in our space."

The above statements in regard to Chimera, which are not purely historical, are forward-looking statements within the meaning of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995, including Chimera's beliefs, expectations, hopes or intentions regarding the future.
