DALLAS, Sept. 12, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- George Group Consulting announced today the appointment of Carl Dugdale as Managing Director of the firm's European operations and Senior Vice President of George Group Consulting, effective immediately. Dugdale, 39, a management consulting veteran, has advised on high-profile, global business transformation programs for clients such as BP, BT, Credit Suisse, MasterCard and T-Mobile. George Group continues to enjoy strong client growth across Europe, and will further expand its operations and increase its European investments under Dugdale's leadership.

Dugdale began his professional career in corporate banking with Lloyds Bank, before moving into management consulting with PA Consulting Group. He later joined CSC Index as Principal Consultant, headed European operations for Applied Value Corporation and from 2001 to 2004 served as Managing Director, UK for Celerant Consulting. Originally trained as a physicist with a BSc Honors, Dugdale holds an MBA from London Business School.
