Termination of Registration Under the U.S. Securities and Exchange Legislation

COPENHAGEN, Denmark, Nov. 13, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Today TDC has filed a Notice of Termination of Registration under Section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The deregistration follows the delisting of TDC's ordinary shares from the New York Stock Exchange in April 2006 and the termination of TDC's American Depositary Receipt Programme in October 2006. The duty to file reports under Section 13(a) and 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act has been suspended with effect as from the filing today and is expected to terminate finally within 90 days.
