Internal Hydro International, Inc.'s Low Impact Hydro Unit Transported to Italy for Production Cycle


TAMPA, Fla., Jan. 3, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Internal Hydro International, Inc.(OTCBB:IHDR) (www.internalhydro.com), announced today the shipment of the Company's prototype Energy Commander V unit to its manufacturing partner, Cm2 in Terni, Italy (www.cmdue.it). The Energy Commander V is the Company's first product that is ready for commercial production. Cm2's engineers will verify the unit's design expectations and, if necessary, further refine the unit. Once final plans are prepared and sealed, Cm2 will produce units for commercial placement. IHDR expects to receive the first production Energy Commander V units sometime in the second quarter 2007.

The initial production run will be 10 Energy Commander V units with targeted delivery in the first quarter 2007. Six will be shipped to IHDR for placement in the U.S. and four will remain with Cm2 for installation in Italy. Full-scale production of the Energy Commander V is estimated to begin within six months.
